The program provides the opportunity to build friendships, pass on skills and knowledge and foster positive experiences between the generations.

“I just had to sit down and write you this thank you note for a number of reasons. In the recent past my life has gone way down hill due to a recent divorce, lack of a job, and many other things. So much so that I have felt that I couldn’t go on living. It is people like you and your organization that has restored some hope and faith to try-to-try and go on. Thank you for being there for me.”

The staff of the San Pedro Region make themselves available to their clients providing them with one-on-one assistance, regardless of the client’s race, age, religion or ethnicity.

Teens Assisting Senior Citizens (TASC) in the San Pedro Region were recently honored for their generosity and commitment of spirit to the elderly in their community.
