EIGHTH ANNUAL CATHOLIC CHARITIES' GOLF TOURNAMENT
(MONDAY, NOVEMBER 29, 2004)

We are pleased to announce the Eighth Annual Catholic Charities’ Golf Tournament which will be held on Monday, November 29, 2004 at an exclusive private golf club in the Los Angeles area, with the Tournament Registration commencing at 9 a.m. Proceeds from this event will be used in support of Catholic Charities’ affordable before-and-after-school child care program, that assists disadvantaged youngsters from working, low-income families in Los Angeles, Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties.

Awards will be given for: the tournament’s top finalists; longest drive; closest to the pin; and putting contest. In addition, we will present a number of wonderful Live Auction items, which will be up for biding at the post-tournament reception. Ads are still being accepted for the Tournament Program book, with full-page ad for $1,000, half-page ad for $500, quarter-page ad for $250, and eighth-page ad for $125.

Established in 1919, Catholic Charities of Los Angeles has served millions of people, regardless of their race, ethnicity, income, gender or religious belief. During the past fiscal year (July 1, 2003 - June 30, 2004), in more than 50 offices and community centers, the agency provided over 1,286,000 services to approximately 242,000 different individuals. People in need come to Catholic Charities for emergency food and shelter, low-cost before-and-after-school childcare, immigration and refugee assistance, psychological services, computer and jobs skills training, and other supportive services. Poverty doesn't discriminate. How could Catholic Charities?
