Catholic Charities Ventura County provides basic safety net services and outreach programs through the community services centers in Oxnard, Ventura and Moorpark. Almost 39,000 clients were served at the Ventura County community centers in fiscal year 2011-2012.
- Oxnard Community Center provides rental assistance, utilities assistance, food distribution at the food pantry, pantry referrals, lunches for the homeless and case management.
- Ventura Community Services Center offers homeless prevention services such as, rental assistance and utility assistance, material services, emergency food pantry and case management.
- Moorpark Community Services Center, also known as Moorpark Pantry Plus, provides supplemental food, clothing, eviction prevention assistance, utility assistance, holiday programs along with information and referrals.
- Older Adult Services and Intervention System (OASIS), a comprehensive program that provides a variety of human services to seniors, aged sixty and above,supports the independence and dignity of seniors, while protecting their quality of life through friendly volunteer visits, in-home needs assessment, on-going case management and transportation assistance to medical and other appointments.
