Archdiocesan Youth Employment Services of Catholic Charities of Los Angeles, Inc.  is seeking a quality individual with strong commitment to excellence and community service. AYES is a leading youth provider of career and employment services in Los Angeles.

 Responsibilities

 Ensures program and public school coordinators, participating agency personnel and employer site supervisors fully understand the basic program design and contractual responsibilities of the job training programming. Coordinates the recruitment, selection, enrollment and assignment of clients in designated geographic area. oordinates pre-employment training classes for clients, including program orientation, assessment, civil rights and grievance procedures, job search strategies, employer requirements, employee responsibility and labor market information. Reviews all individual service strategy for each client and provides them with career and vocational counseling designed to promote long-term employability. Reviews case management records, including counseling and supportive services provided to each client. Ensures accurate and timely submission of client timesheets and conducts periodic audits to verify compliance with payroll requirements. Evaluates and monitors training site compliance with Employment and Training agreement and applicable Federal, State and local government laws, regulations and requirements on a regular basis.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in related field with four to six years of related management and supervisory experience

Full-time, 40 hours per week, M-F, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
