Program Coordinator (Information and Records) Archdiocesan Youth Employment Services

Responsibilities
Supervises daily operations, including administration and information and records services relating to program services. Responsible for interface with program monitors to ensure quality control and client information database. Under supervision of the Manager - Information and Records, coordinates staff and processes associated with client intake, eligibility, outcome reporting, payroll, data entry and records maintenance. Maintains comprehensive databases, including data capture, information analysis and report generation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required. Computer proficiency, detail oriented, analytical apitude and minimum of four years of relevant work experience with previous supervisory responsibility. Workflow coordination experience in an intensive, service oriented environment required.

Full-time, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday
