ADESTE - After School Program

Catholic Charities of Los Angeles, Inc. is seeking a quality individual with strong commitment to the community.

Responsibilities

Directs school-age program activities at one site. Supervises, assigns, plans, and schedules work for site staff. Instructs others in methods and procedures. Ensures program goals and objectives are met. Personally responsible for general supervision and management of children and staff according to community care licensing regulations. Coordinates participant's recruitment and registration. Secures program supplies and equipment. Provide a safe environment for participants and staff. Schedules outings and special events and plans and organizes special projects. Prepares tuition receipts on a monthly basis. Provides Regional Coordinator with monthly reports. Ensures all community care licensing, Federal Block Grant and COA guilelines are met. Knowledge of State programs - Department of Education DRDP-SA and Community Care Licensing Rules and Regulations, Title 22.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED. Must have a minimum of 15 ECE semester units, including 3 semester units in Administration & Supervision, four years of experience working with children in a child care center and hold a current 15 hour infant, child and adult CPR certificate.

Santa Monica - 90403

Hours

Part-time, 25 hours a week, Monday - Friday, must be able to start at 12:00 noon

Salary

$12.21 per hour
