Archdiocesan Youth Employment Services (AYES) of Catholic Charities of Los Angeles is the leading youth provider of career and employment services in Los Angeles. Seeking a quality individual with strong people management and leadership skills to include: the ability to participate and contribute to building a cohesive team, contribute to strong morale and spirit in the program.

Responsibilities

The Program Director I (Associate Director) is responsible for managing the program in the absence of the Program Director II. The Associate Director will assume primary responsibility for the daily operations of the program, including managing staff, training, educational and career development and supervise and/or implement marketing, fundraising and grant development activities. Ensures compliance with standards established by federal, state and local government. Represent program and collaborates with the public and with private agencies. Represent program with various organizations and governmental agencies. Develops quality assurance program standards and oversees their implementation.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in related field with five to seven years of related management and supervisory experience.

Downtown Los Angeles ( Wilshire Area)

Hours

Full-Time, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm , Monday - Friday
