Archdiocesan Youth Employment Services of Catholic Charities of Los Angeles is seeking a quality individual with strong commitment to excellence and community service.  AYES is a leading youth provider of career and employment services in Los Angeles.

Responsibilities

Provide educational assessment and instruction necessary to achieve Youth Employment competency approved by the private industry council.  Develops and implements a individualized study plan for remediation and basic skills training.  Assists in development of individual service strategy for clients in their career and vocational plans.  Assist with post -program follow-up and progress of clients to evaluate effectiveness of competency program.  Assists with recruitment, assessment, placement and follow-up of client services.  Conduct pre and post testing of clients to evaluate effectiveness of educational services and competency of clients.  Supervise volunteers and intake personnel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred; completion of two years of college required plus one to three years of related experience required.

Hours

F/T, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, M-F

Salary

$11.26 - $19.88
