Her mother was not pleased to be supporting a second family and Latricia was interested in getting a job in the banking profession. After extensive work readiness training that included English and math tutoring, Latricia started an internship with the California Federal Bank. The internship motivated her to return to school and obtain her high school diploma. Working, going to school and caring for two children was not easy, but she demonstrated tremendous determination and a drive to succeed. Latricia has since been hired by Citibank as a bank teller trainee and is planning on attending college in the near future.
